Military packaging and marking, done in-house
We pack and mark every order ourselves, to the packaging requirements written in the contract. Nothing ships until the package and its labels have been checked against those requirements.
- MIL-STD-2073-1
- Standard Practice for Military Packaging
- MIL-STD-129
- Military Marking for Shipment and Storage
- ASTM D3951
- Standard Practice for Commercial Packaging
We work to the revision of each standard that the contract calls for.
Traceability and certificates
Every part is traced back to its manufacturer. Orders are supplied with a certificate of conformance, and with material or test certificates where the contract asks for them. We keep these records for each order.
Authorized sources only
We buy from the original manufacturer or its authorized distributors. We do not buy from brokers or from sources that cannot show where a part came from. This is how we keep counterfeit and unapproved parts out of the supply chain.
Protecting contract information
We have completed the Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) Level 1 self-assessment and affirmed it in the Supplier Performance Risk System (SPRS). Level 1 covers the basic safeguarding of Federal Contract Information.
